About Bidwise

Bidwise is a guided RFP and scope-review workflow for trade-service teams and contractors. It helps HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, garage door, locksmith, pest control, pool and spa, roofing, painting, general contractor, security, solar, landscaping, window, and door businesses get a more controlled first read of the work in front of them.

Our mission is to give estimators leverage without removing their judgment. Bidwise organizes preliminary scope context, assumptions, and review checkpoints so an estimator or preconstruction lead can decide what needs validation before the bid advances.

Today, Bidwise is a founding pilot—not a final estimating engine or an automated proposal system. Live material pricing, final takeoffs, quote leveling, ERP sync, and autonomous proposal submission are roadmap areas, not current product claims.
